The theme to be addressed is the water, raising awareness and stimulating creativity and research by students on the theme of water resources, its local and global use, on the affirmation of the human right to water and its importance for our area.
The competition is divided into two areas: one for primary schools and secondary schools, another for secondary schools of second degree.
The first five classes or groups of pupils in both areas of the competition an economic recognition is provided in order to allow further research and teaching activities. All participants in the competition will be donated a kit containing informational and educational materials, and a certificate of participation. and also to all of them, in the months of April and May, You will be given the opportunity to go on guided tours of the dam Campolattaro, managed dall'ASEA. The prize includes admission and free guided tour of the dam, to its infrastructure and Oasis WWF.
On the substance of the work will focus on one of these areas:
- natural environment – such as the enhancement of ecosystems del Sannio, specifically in reference to the rivers and streams;
- environmental issues and water saving – focused on problems (pollution, waste) that the use or management of water encountered in our reality – good practices to achieve savings and proper use of water;
- the water in history - the past, fountains and historic aqueducts, the water in the history of the countries of our province;
- the Campolattaro dam - future developments of the dam: water purification, hydropower, Sustainable Tourism.
- floods of October 2015 nel Sannio - analysis, reflections, testimonies and proposals, the hydraulic function of the lamination of Campolattaro dam.
Each school institute can participate by means of a paper in one of the following categories:
- Ø Written – composition, research activities ,realized project (maximum 10 pages) composition, research activities ,realized project.
- Ø Chart, drawing, painting (Maximum sheet size A3).
- Ø Video, (max 15 minutes).
- Ø Photo, (max 20 photo).
- Ø Presentation in PowerPoint or similar programs (max 20 slides).
Each school institute will produce no more than 3 processed, regardless of the chosen category. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry form to the competition.
The delivery of products by schools must be received no later than the day 10/05/2016 in conjunction with Annex entry form to the competition. The material for the competition, together with the form, It must be submitted, Sealed, in the following ways:
