The Special Agency

Company Special ASEAN it's a public authority It is having legal personality.

The ASEA pursues a balanced budget, through the balance of costs and revenues, including transfers, and conducts its efficiency criteria, efficiency and cost management. It did not for profit; any surplus funds are designed to improve the services and functions provided, according to the principles and procedures provided in this Statute.
A special undertaking is a public instrument of the Province of Benevento to the technical and economic management:

• of water service;
• functions to increase efficiency and energy savings;
• heritage and natural resources and environmental;
• Function Promotion, safeguard, protection and enhancement of territorial resources;
• education services and vocational training;

as well as for the realization of assets and functional works to achieve those objectives, in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association and related service contracts, the aims and guidelines to be established by the Provincial Council.

The ASEA is accredited as an Undertaking Education by the Campania Region,it, with the Decree n.88 20.05.2014.

ASEA has arisen in 2006 thanks to the initiative of the Province of Benevento and the participation in the Community program SAVE II (The crowds IEE) that has gained recognition and co-financing by the European Commission.
Founding the project to participate, as European partners, the Agency of the Community of Madrid (I Fenerco), the Agency of the city of Maribor (Energap) and the Agency of the Province of Enna.

The purpose is to dell'ASEA contribute to the promotion of sustainable development of the territory Sunni through concrete actions applied energy and the environment and technological innovation.

The company works with public bodies, private companies, associations of citizens, and is open to anyone with an interest in the development of sustainable energy and environmental culture.

The current world scenario environmental and energy requires strategic choices and no longer put off the need for a new cultural vision, for this purpose the 'ASEA stands as essential benchmark for improved territorial governance and qualified energy and the environment.
