Il Presidente della Provincia di Benevento Claudio Ricci ha nominato l’architetto Elisabetta Cuoco e l’ingegnere Michelantonio Panarese componenti del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Azienda Speciale Asea, interamente partecipata dall’ente. Cuoco e Panarese, funzionari della Provincia, subentrano ai due precedenti consiglieri dimissionari. L’incarico, ai sensi della legge 135 of the 2012 (art. 4, co. 4), viene esercitato a titolo gratuito.
